Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 June 2026

This policy explains what personal data SPOKEPROS collects, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.

1. Who is responsible for your data

SPOKEPROS is operated by Jordi Capdevila Espitia, an individual based in Spain (the “data controller”). If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact jordi@spokepros.com.

2. What we collect

  • Your email address — when you request the free Blueprint or sign up for updates.
  • Name and billing details — when you buy the 10-Day Crash Course. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic technical data — such as your IP address and browser type, logged by our hosting provider for security and to serve the site.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To deliver what you asked for — sending the Blueprint and running the Crash Course (legal basis: performance of a contract, or your consent for the free sign-up).
  • To send related updates — occasional emails about SPOKEPROS (legal basis: consent — you can withdraw it at any time).
  • To keep the service secure and working (legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the site safely).

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run SPOKEPROS, each acting as our processor under contract:

  • Loops — email delivery (the Blueprint, the Crash Course, and updates). Privacy policy.
  • Stripe — payment processing for the Crash Course. Privacy policy.
  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery. Privacy policy.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where your data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent recognised framework.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete it. Records of a purchase are kept for as long as required to meet our legal and tax obligations, then deleted.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent at any time, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email jordi@spokepros.com. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.

If you believe we’ve handled your data improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Cookies

SPOKEPROS uses only strictly necessary cookies — those required for the site and the secure checkout to function. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we don’t profile you. If that ever changes, we’ll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
