Terms & Refund Policy

SPOKEPROS is operated by Jordi Capdevila Espitia, an individual based in Spain. By using this site or buying the Crash Course, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The 10-Day Crash Course is a digital, self-guided email course. After purchase you receive a series of lessons delivered to your inbox — one email per day over ten days — each with a short practical task, supported by the SPOKEPROS Blueprint.

The Blueprint is offered free of charge and delivered by email.

The price shown at checkout applies to your purchase. From time to time we run a launch promotion at a lower price; the price you see and confirm at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is a one-off charge processed securely by Stripe in euros (EUR). Any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm.

Delivery begins shortly after a successful payment, to the email address you provide, and continues over the following days until the course is complete. It’s your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam folder if a message doesn’t arrive. If something doesn’t reach you, email jordi@spokepros.com and we’ll put it right.

We want you to be satisfied. If the Crash Course isn’t right for you, email jordi@spokepros.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund.

Because this is digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you ask us to begin delivery right away and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started — except as covered by the goodwill refund window above. Nothing here affects any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under the law of Spain.

The Blueprint, the Crash Course, and all related materials are owned by SPOKEPROS and provided for your own personal and internal business use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them, or share your access with others, without written permission.

SPOKEPROS gives you a structured method and practical tasks to build a spokesperson program. It is educational and does not guarantee any particular business or communications outcome, which depends on how you apply it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPOKEPROS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Crash Course. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes are subject to the courts there, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
